Read the current dates: the general date for traders, downstream operators and most operators, and the later one for qualifying micro and small operators, each with its article. 2. Check "Is another change coming?" for proposals that are still pending and where they stand. 3. See the official pages the dates rest on, with the day each one was last read. 4. The rules apply from 30 December 2026. Qualifying micro and small operators, including natural persons, established as such by 31 December 2024 have until 30 June 2027, except for EUTR-listed products. Traders and downstream operators follow the December 2026 date. ### When does the EUDR apply to small companies? From 30 June 2027 for micro and small operators established as such by 31 December 2024, except for products already covered by the EU Timber Regulation, which follow 30 December 2026. Traders and downstream operators follow 30 December 2026 whatever their size. Micro and small primary operators in low-risk countries file a one-off simplified declaration instead of due diligence statements. ### How do you know when the dates change?
