Our long term goals in forest management focus on halting soil erosion completely and building up a soil layer inside the forests. This will provide habitat for wildlife and also provide firewood and timber for local people to use. We are also aiming to implement a self-managed forest, in which assisted natural regeneration can take place at a later stage. As well as this, we want to encourage the growth of additional successor species in the forest, such as mushrooms, grasses and mammals. In this way, we will be able to restore and improve the forest ecosystems, providing benefits for both people and wildlife. Ultimately, our goal is to create a sustainable and healthy forest environment for the future.

Through employment, education, and efficient cookstoves, they are helping to conserve the environment and setting up families for success. This organization provides jobs, educates people on the importance of indigenous trees, and helps women build rocket stoves to save firewood. It also helps protect local forest areas and estimates that 600 families will benefit from their efforts.
